You will then remove your clothes and take the obi, orogbo, atare and cowry and pass it all over your naked body and give the obi, orogbo, atare to Esu. You will then place the cowry in the centre of Eji Ogbe on your divination tray and you will blow the iyerosun to the four corners and leave the cowry with the rest of the iyerosun on Esu. Alternatively the feeding material can be thrown into the woods.
After this ritual you will in conformity with capacity and dedication abstain from food, sex, tobacco, alcohol, gossip and negative feelings, like hatred and resent preferably until the next day, but in the minimum of six hours. The time after the ritual should be used in contemplation and meditation aiming towards bringing into manifestation the energy of Eji Ogbe.
